1. Eligibility
This contest is open to individuals who are 13 years of age or older at the time of entry and reside in a jurisdiction where such contests are legal/ Employees of Amgreat North America, Deity Microphones, and their affiliates, subsidiaries, advertising and promotion agencies, and suppliers, as well as immediate family members and those living in the same household, are not eligible. This contest is subject to all applicable federal, state, and local laws and regulations. Void where prohibited.

2. Agreement to Rules
By participating, you agree to be fully and unconditionally bound by these Official Rules and represent that you meet all eligibility requirements.
You also agree to accept the decisions of Deity Microphones as final and binding.

3. Contest Period
The contest begins on April 17, 2026 and ends on April 22, 2026 at 11:59 PM PST.
All entries must be received within this timeframe to be eligible.

4. How to Enter
Entries must be submitted through the official contest entry page.
• Only one (1) entry per person is permitted
• Multiple entries using different emails, identities, or devices may result in disqualification
• Incomplete or non-compliant entries may be disqualified at Deity Microphones’ discretion
Fraudulent methods or attempts to bypass the rules will result in removal from eligibility.

5. Prize
One (1) Grand Prize winner will receive:
• Deity PR-4 Audio Recorder
• Deity PR-4 Audio Field Bag (Mini)
• Deity NP-F550 Battery
Total Approximate Retail Value (ARV): $569 USD
The prize is non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash. Deity Microphones reserves the right to substitute the prize with one of equal or greater value if necessary.
All applicable taxes and fees are the sole responsibility of the winner.

6. Odds
Odds of winning depend on the total number of eligible entries received.

7. Winner Selection and Notification
The winner will be selected via random drawing under the supervision of Deity Microphones.
The winner will be notified via email within five (5) days of selection.
If the winner:
• Cannot be contacted
• Is ineligible
• Fails to claim the prize within 10 business days
…the prize may be forfeited and awarded to an alternate winner.

By entering, you grant Deity Microphones and its affiliates the right to use your name, likeness, and entry content for promotional purposes in any media, worldwide, without additional compensation, unless prohibited by law.
You confirm that your entry is original and does not infringe on any third-party rights. You agree to indemnify Deity Microphones against any claims related to your submission.
