Best Mic For Bedroom Podcasters

The VO-7U uses a supercardioid dynamic microphone capsule, making it the best podcast microphone and streamer microphone for untreated bedrooms or gaming stations. Often these rooms will have too much echo and reverb which distracts viewers and listeners. With the VO-7U that worry is no more.

12 RGB LED Lighting Effects

We added RGB LEDs for streamers who want their microphone on camera to match their stream's theme and aesthetic. The VO-7U features 12 RGB preset colors and effects.

A USB-C Mic That Just Works

In 2022 we shouldn't settle for micro USB anymore. The VO-7U features the latest in USB tech. This allows it to work easily with mobile devices as well, like Android phones and Apple's latest generation of iPads. Most native Android camera apps will automatically select the VO-7U as their audio source. Filming YouTube vlogs using your mobile device and getting premium audio has never been so easy.

Tons of Mounting Options

No adapters are needed in order to put the VO-7U on a stand. We natively support 3/8" and 5/8". So whether you're a boom arm user or you prefer a table top stand, we got you covered.

Automatic Hardware Audio Limiter

Things can get exciting in the middle of gameplay. But your audio shouldn't suffer just because you want to get loud and celebrate a win. As soon as you apply more than 50% gain to the VO-7U, the built-in hardware analog limiter kicks in to help prevent you from clipping on your stream or in your podcast. You have many things to worry about as a creator, your audio clarity shouldn't be one of them.

My microphone isn't showing up on my computer

Make sure you’ve firmly pushed in all the USB connectors. If you’ve launched software that uses USB microphones already, you may need to relaunch that software after you’ve plugged the microphone in. Some software does not automatically refresh USB devices after they’ve launched.

How do I change the color of the RGB LED ring?

Your mic is equipped with twelve LED presets. The LED ring is off by default.

Step 1: Long-press the Mic Gain Knob to turn the LED ring on or off.

Step 2: Short-press on the Mic Gain Knob to switch between presets.

Step 3: Long-Press the Headphone Volume Knob to adjust the brightness of the LED ring.

How do I get it to work on my Raspberry Pi?

Right-click the speaker icon in the upper right hand of your screen on your tool bar. It will cause a popup window to appear. Select Deity VO-7U for your audio input and if you want to use the headphone output on your microphone, select Deity VO-7U as your output.

Can I download the manual?

Oh ya. Here you go.
