The DLTX-US’ can be natively synced wirelessly from the Deity TC-1 timecode generator. Timecode ensures your on-board WAV files will sync with your master files in post. This feature is especially useful for filmmakers who need to work with multiple cameras or devices. It ensures that your audio and video files are perfectly synced, thus making the editing process much smoother, faster, and cheaper. Alternatively, the DLTX-US can be synced via the 3-pin audio jack if you are using 3rd party timecode generators.
The DLTX-US is also equipped with an alternative-use built-in audio recorder*. The onboard recorder features both 24-bit and 32-bit float formats so you never have to worry about gain staging on your backup WAV files. Recordings are saved to a Micro SD card, providing ample space for your audio recordings.
The built-in recorder features an impressive EIN self-noise of -130dBu (A-weighting, gain at +30dB, 150ohm source impedance). This puts it on par with some of the most expensive audio recorders in the TV and film industry.
